Known as Paradies Plains Hut

Located at Paradise Plains Forest reserve, in NE Tasmania about halfway between Mathinna and Ringarooma. Take the Mathinna Road and turn west on the Ben Bridge Road to reach the reserve.

History

The hut was built by walkers and hunters in about 2004. It was built as an A Frame over standard poles, but has been lined and has a wood heater, table and chairs and kitchen furniture. There is also a sleeping loft in the top.
