Known as Patriarch Lodge or Hut

Location

The Patriarch Lodge is in a National Park on the north east side of Flinders Island, Bass Strait.

Brief History

Residents of Flinders Island formed a community group for the protection of wildlife on Flinders Island. Patriarch Hut was built as a meeting place and small museum to their efforts.

The hut is always open to the public.
